Shipping policy

Our normal production time is approx. 2-3 weeks.

We guarantee express production (not shipping) within 1 week. You will find the corresponding surcharges for this with the respective products.

We deliver our jewelry worldwide. For the US we have to charge punitive tariffs (up to 21 %).  We ship exclusively with DHL, always insured as a parcel and of course with jewelry- and neutral packaging.

We are also happy to ship to packing stations.

After shipment, you will receive an e-mail from us with the parcel number of your shipment so that you can track it online.

The shipping costs are shown separately at the end of the ordering process.

All prices are final prices (incl. German VAT).

Within the EU we charge the respective VAT of the country in question.
